Guest Bio
Megan is a amateur hardcore foodie and loves to cook. She likes to try new things and explore in the kitchen. Her eyes light up when she talks about food, especially good food. She has a passion for food, cooking, and writing. So, naturally, she writes about the food that she cooks. She might sound picky when she rants about food, but it’s really just that passion coming through.
She’s married to Levi. Levi has a ton of food intolerances. He has Celiac Disease and Dermatitis Herpeteformis.
She manages his health by following a very strict allergen-free diet free from his known intolerances:
- gluten
- dairy
- eggs
- red meat
So her household is gluten-free and vegan. She lives in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (that’s in Canada) with her cat Kato and their dogs, Kannon & Sophie.
Her mission is to prove that it’s really not as difficult as people think to feed Levi (or anyone for that matter) healthy and super-tasty food that won’t make him sick.
